In 2020, the journey of Wefix, the authorized operation and maintenance company, began. The idea was initially presented during meetings at Hamad Abdullah Alissa Company, a leading manufacturer of home appliances, cooling, and air conditioning systems, which was established in 1935. The concept behind Wefix was to establish a specialized company in the field of operation and maintenance, based in the heart of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as its first launching point. Its vision aimed to redefine the traditional concept of maintenance and create a leading Saudi brand in the field of operation and maintenance of home and commercial appliances within the Kingdom. In the future, there are aspirations to expand in the Gulf and the Middle East.
